Have you noticed how many people are having dreams and visions of the Rapture lately? It’s not just a passing trend—these experiences are being shared more and more, especially on social media. Is it possible that God is speaking to us through these dreams, giving us yet another sign that the return of Jesus is drawing near?

What Does the Bible Say?

In Matthew 24:36, Jesus clearly tells us:

“But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.”

While we can’t know the exact time, Jesus did tell us to be alert and watch for signs. One of those signs, mentioned in both Joel 2:28-29 and Acts 2:17-18, is that in the last days, many would experience dreams and visions:

“I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions.”

What we’re seeing now could be the fulfillment of this prophecy—and it’s happening on a global scale.

My Personal Rapture Dream

Back in 2013, I had a dream I’ll never forget. It felt like an ordinary day. I was walking through my neighborhood when suddenly, an angel appeared to my right and said, “It’s time to go.”

In an instant, I was in his arms, being lifted up toward Heaven. I asked him, “Where’s my puppy Rocky?” and he gently replied, “He is waiting for you in Heaven.” Then I asked about my sister Anita, and at that moment, another angel appeared holding her. She looked so tiny in his arms, and I realized how massive and powerful these angels must have been.

I remember looking down at the earth—it was dark, gray, and heavy with dread. But I had no fear. I felt complete peace in the angel’s embrace. As I looked up, I saw the brightest light I’ve ever seen, and I knew I was about to see Jesus. And then—I woke up.

Whether the Rapture will look exactly like that, I don’t know. But Scripture tells us in 1 Corinthians 15:52:

“In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet… the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.”

Dreams from My Family

My sister and brother have also had powerful Rapture dreams—very recently. My sister dreamt she was standing on a street corner with my brother Sal. As they looked at the clouds, she said, “Jesus is coming.” In another dream, she saw news reports showing millions of people vanishing all over the world. It was happening live, right on the screen.

My brother Sal also had a dream where he was being lifted up to Heaven. He described feeling joy and excitement because he knew he was about to meet Jesus.

What’s amazing is that they had these dreams within days of each other—without even knowing the other had one. It wasn’t until I shared it with both of them that they realized what had happened. I love it when God confirms things like that.

Are These Dreams a Wake-Up Call?

Lately, I’ve been seeing more and more people share similar dreams on social media. Many are asking: Is God trying to get our attention? Could these dreams be a spiritual wake-up call—not just for individuals, but for the whole church?

Along with all the prophetic events we’re seeing unfold in the world, these dreams could be one more way God is warning us to be ready. We can’t afford to ignore the signs.

Are You Ready?

As I keep watch on the news and continue hearing these testimonies, I can’t shake the sense that God is preparing His people for departure. If you’re not ready—if your spiritual house is not in order—you will be left behind.

God is calling us to repentance and readiness. When that trumpet sounds, there will be no time left to prepare. The door will be closed. If you haven’t yet made the decision to follow Jesus, now is the time. Receive Him as your Savior. Ask for forgiveness, turn away from sin, and start living for Him—today.
